Heather is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist. She comes from a background of D1 gymnastics at the University of Arkansas during the years of 2012-2017. During her time in collegiate athletics, Heather was the representative of community engagement and continues to find ways to give back to the community even today. She is certified in dry needling, concussion screening, vestibular conditions, level 1 orthopedic pelvic floor, and certified Sportsmetrics. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth in 2021 and her Orthopedic Certification in 2023.

Heather is originally from Austin, Tx, but is now living in Farmington. She and her husband have two dogs, Ryker and Ellie. She is passionate about exercise and fitness. She also loves to be outdoors, spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, watching and supporting collegiate gymnastics, playing pickleball, making sourdough, Pilates, and enjoying quality time with her husband, Brendon.

Heather has always loved helping people become the best versions of themselves. Her personal athletic endeavors have introduced her to sports-specific training regimens and common athletic injuries, which combined with her training, equip her to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of injuries. She possesses a unique combination of education, professional dedication, personal discipline, and sports experience, allowing her to offer patients a well-rounded and fresh perspective to healthcare.

Heather’s ultimate goal and passion is to guide, support, and restore physical health, quality of life, and overall wellness for each patient, while minimizing the risk of injury in the future. She strives to empower and inspire individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing, through education, movement, and self-care so that they can perform at the highest level.
